INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT (CAPITAL GAINS) ACT 1986 No. 52 of 1986 - SECT 35
Payment of tax by banker
35. Section 257 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting ", or any
proceeds of the disposal of an asset of any person out of Australia are paid,"
after "is paid".
