INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT (JURISDICTION OF COURTS) ACT 1976 No. 165 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. Section 266 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) the words ''the Supreme Courts of the States'' and substituting the words
''the Supreme Courts referred to in Division 2 of Part V''.
