INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT (JURISDICTION OF COURTS) ACT 1976 No. 165 of 1976 - SECT 9
Taxation prosecutions.
9. (1) Section 233 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) the words ''in the High Court or''.
(2) The amendment made by this section does not affect an action instituted in
the High Court before the date of commencement of this Act.
