INCOME TAX LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 19 of 1980 - SECT 19

19. (1) Section 221YDA of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) "showing the amounts so estimated" and substituting, in the
form provided by the Commissioner for the purpose, showing the amounts so
estimated together with such other information as is specified in the form".

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in relation to the
ascertainment of provisional tax payable in respect of income of the year of
income that commenced on 1 July 1979 and in respect of income of all
subsequent years of income.
