INCOME TAX LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 19 of 1980 - SECT 20
Effect of sections 13 and 14 of the Income Tax Laws Amendment Act 1979
20. Sections 13 and 14 of the Income Tax Laws Amendment Act 1979 have effect
and shall be deemed always to have had effect as if those sections had come
into operation immediately after the commencement of the
Income Tax Assessment Amendment Act (No. 5) 1979 .
