Income Tax Laws Amendment Act (No. 3) 1981 No. 154 of 1981 - SECT 22

Deduction of residual previous capital expenditure 

22. Section 124AD of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (3) '', section 124ADF'' after ''section
124ADD''; and

(b) by inserting in sub-section (4) '', section 124ADF'' after ''section
124ADD'' (wherever occurring).
