Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The JSA Director may also be assisted by employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ) whose services are made available to the JSA Director in connection with the performance of any of the JSA Director's functions.
(2) When performing services for the JSA Director, the employees are subject to the directions of the JSA Director.
