Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) If the JSA Director is appointed on a part-time basis, the JSA Director must not engage in any paid work that, in the Minister's opinion, conflicts or could conflict with the proper performance of the JSA Director's functions.
(2) If the JSA Director is appointed on a full-time basis, the JSA Director must not engage in paid work outside the duties of the JSA Director's office without the Minister's approval.
