JUDICIAL AND STATUTORY OFFICERS REMUNERATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT No. 152 of 1989 - SECT 2

2. (1) This Part, section 4 and Part 3 commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent. (2) Except for section 4 and subsection 5 (4), Part
2 is to be taken to have commenced on 1 March 1989.

(3) Subsection 5 (4) is to be taken to have commenced on 25 May 1988.
