JURISDICTION OF COURTS (CROSS-VESTING) ACT 1987 No. 24 of 1987 - SECT 13

13. An appeal does not lie from a decision of a court-

   (a)  in relation to the transfer or removal of a proceeding under this Act;
        or

   (b)  as to which rules of evidence and procedure are to be applied pursuant
        to sub-section 11 (1).
