LOAN ACT 1983 No. 3, 1983 - SECT 6

6. Moneys borrowed under section 5 shall be issued and expended -

   (a)  in making payments to the credit of the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
and

   (b)  for the expenses of borrowing, and not otherwise.
