LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 No. 15 of 1989 - SECT 105

105. If:

   (a)  a person has made a claim for compensation;

   (b)  the Minister has made an offer (including a final offer) of an amount
        of compensation; and

   (c)  the person has accepted the offer; the amount of compensation payable
        to the person in respect of the loss to which the claim relates is the
        amount of compensation so accepted by the person.
