LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 No. 15 of 1989 - SECT 120

120. The disposal of an interest in land by an acquiring authority may be made
subject to the reservation to the acquiring authority of a specified interest
in the land, including, for example:

   (a)  an easement in gross over the land; or

   (b)  a restriction on the use of the land, the benefit of which is not
        annexed to other land.
