LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 No. 15 of 1989 - SECT 75

75. Where a notice under subsection 70 (1) is given to a person who has made a
claim for compensation, the person may, by written notice given to the
Minister:

   (a)  accept the offer of compensation; or

   (b)  reject the offer of compensation and:

        (i)    inform the Minister of the amount of compensation to which the
               person considers he or she is entitled; and

        (ii)   explain to the Minister how that amount was arrived at.
