LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 115 of 1990 - SECT 4

4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of "public examination";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (1) the following definition: " `eligible
        judge' means a judge of the Court declared by the Minister to be an
        eligible judge under subsection 129A (2);".
