LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 136 of 1991 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the 28th day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 3 commences immediately after the commencement of the Privacy 
Amendment Act 1990 .

(3) Part 4 commences on 24 September 1991.

(4) Subject to subsection (5), the amendments of the Statutory Declarations 
Act 1959 made by this Act, and subsections 3(3) and (4), commence on a day to
be fixed by Proclamation.

(5) If the amendments of the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 and subsections 
3(3) and (4) do not commence under subsection (2) within the period of 6
months beginning on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, they
commence on the first day after the end of that period.
