LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 13 of 1994 - SECT 10

10. Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(2) the following subsection:

"(2A) In the case of a representative complaint, this section has effect
subject to section 38.".
