41. Section 55C of the Judiciary Act 1903*8* is amended by omitting

"Registrar" (wherever occurring) and substituting "Chief Executive and

NOTES ABOUT SECTION HEADINGS
1. On the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, the heading to
section 18L of the Privacy Act 1988 is altered by omitting "present" and
substituting "personal".
2. On the commencement of Part 6 of this Act, the headings to sections 18, 19
and 25 of the High Court of Australia Act 1979 are altered by omitting

"Clerk" and substituting "Chief Executive and Principal Registrar".
