LOANS (QANTAS AIRWAYS LIMITED) ACT 1976 No. 21, 1976 - SECT 13

13. The Treasurer may, from time to time, require Qantas to furnish to him
such reports and information as are necessary to enable the Commonwealth to
carry out its obligations under an agreement made in pursuance of this Act and
Qantas shall comply with that requirement.
