LAND COMMISSIONS (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 192 of 1973 - SECT 14
Use of land.
14. A State shall ensure that land acquired in pursuance of an approved
program shall be used only in accordance with that program or for such other
purpose as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Treasurer, approves.
