LAYING CHICKEN LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1988 No. 17 of 1988 - SECT 5
When levy due for payment
5. (1) Subject to this section, levy in respect of a laying chicken is due and
payable at the end of the second month after the month in which the chicken
was hatched.
(2) Levy in respect of the first 1,000 laying chickens hatched at a hatchery
in a particular financial year is due and payable at the end of the second
month after the month in which the thousandth chicken was hatched.
