LIVESTOCK DISEASES ACT No. 181, 1978 - SECT 7

7. (1) The Foot and Mouth Disease Eradication Trust Account that was
established under the Foot and Mouth Disease Act 1961 is continued in
existence under the name Livestock Diseases Eradication Trust Account.

(2) The Trust Account is a Trust Account for the purposes of section 62A of
the Audit Act 1901.
