LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 62, 1989 - SECT 5
Determination of final factor
5. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "1989" and substituting "1990";
(b) by inserting in subsection (5) "or 1 July 1989" after "1 July 1988";
(c) by omitting subsection (8).
