LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 62, 1989 - SECT 8

8. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting ", 7A" after "section 7";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the principles applicable to a State
under section 9 are to be taken to have effect in relation to the allocation
amongst local governing bodies in the State of amounts payable to the State
under section 7A in the same way as they have effect in relation to the
allocation amongst those bodies of amounts payable to the State under
sections 7 and 8.".
