LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENTS ACT 2003 No. 139, 2003 - SECT 8
Definition—power delegated by the Parliament
A reference in this Act to a power delegated by the Parliament includes a
reference to a power delegated by the Parliament to a rule-maker and then,
under the authority of the Parliament, further delegated by the rule-maker to
another rule-maker.
