LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 13

13. (1) Section 44 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (c) the word ''and'' (last occurring); and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph:-

''; and (e) a statement, in accordance with the prescribed form, of the assets
of the company as at the expiration of the financial year.''.

(2) The amendments of section 44 of the Principal Act effected by sub-section
(1) do not apply to or in relation to a financial year of a company that ended
before the commencement of this section.
