LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 39

39. The amendments made by sub-section 3 (2), sections 21, 22, 23 and 26 and
sub-section 31 (2) do not apply in respect of any proceedings that were
instituted in the High Court under the Life Insurance Act 1945 before the
commencement of this section, and the provisions of that Act, as in force
immediately before the commencement of this section, continue to have effect
in relation to any such proceedings.
