LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 5

5. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections (1) and
(2) and substituting the following sub-section:-

''(1) This Act shall apply to State insurance extending beyond the limits of
the State concerned.''.
