LIFE INSURANCE POLICY HOLDERS' PROTECTION LEVIES COLLECTION ACT 1991 No. 3 of 1992 - SECT 12
Recovery of levy and late payment penalty
12. The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts due to
the Commonwealth:
(a) levy that is due and payable;
(b) late payment penalty that is due and payable.
