LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 221, 1973 - SECT 10

10. Where the Attorney-General has referred a matter to the Commission-

   (a)  the Commission may, at any time before making its report in pursuance
        of the reference, make an interim report on its work under the
        reference; and

   (b)  the Attorney-General may, at any time before the Commission makes its
        report in pursuance of the reference, direct the Commission to make an
        interim report on its work under the reference.
