LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 221, 1973 - SECT 25

25. (1) For the purposes of sub-sections 4 (3A) and (4) of the Superannuation
Act 1922-1973, a full-time member shall be deemed to be required, by the terms
of his appointment, to give the whole of his time to the duties of his office.

(2) For the purposes of sections 145 and 146 of the Superannuation Act
1922-1973, a full-time member shall be deemed to be employed by the
Commission.

(3) For the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1922-1973, the termination of
the appointment of a full-time member by reason of physical or mental
incapacity shall be deemed to be retirement on the ground of invalidity.

(4) This section does not apply in relation to the holder of a judicial
office.
