LIVE-STOCK SLAUGHTER LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 127, 1989 - SECT 5

Rate of levy on slaughter of lambs 
5. Section 6B of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) the following paragraph:

"; (c) such amount per head of lambs slaughtered as is prescribed for the
purposes of this paragraph.".
