MARRIAGE AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 209, 1976 - SECT 6

Arrangements with State.

6. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-section (1); and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) the words ''sections
twelve and seventeen of this Act'' and substituting the words and figures
''sections 12 , 16 and 17''.
