MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 86, 1991 - SECT 4

4. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (2) (a) "or";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (c) the following word and paragraph:
    "; or (d)   if the person withdraws his or her application
for an entry permit, a review under Part 3 or a review by the Federal Court
before the decision referred to in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) respectively is
made - starting when the person makes the application and ending when he or
she withdraws it;".
