MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 84, 1992 - SECT 4

4. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting "under section 50A or a decision" after "a decision" in
paragraph (c) of the definition of "excluded day" in subsection (2);

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(3) In this section, a reference to an excluded day in relation to a person
who becomes an illegal entrant because a permit or visa is cancelled under
subsection 50A(4) includes a reference to a day that is an excluded day in
relation to the relevant person to whom paragraph 50A(4)(a) applied.".
