MIGRATION AND OMBUDSMAN LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2005 No. 141, 2005 - SECT 2

4. Schedule 2, item 26


The later of:

(a) the start of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; and
(b) immediately after the commencement of item 16 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 .

However, if item 16 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 does not commence at or before the start of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, the provision(s) do not commence at all.

5. Schedule 2, item 27


The day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
However, if item 16 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 commences at or before the start of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, the provision(s) do not commence at all.

6. Schedule 2, items 28 to 31


The later of:

(a) the start of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; and
(b) immediately after the commencement of item 11 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 .

However, the provision(s) do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur.



7. Schedule 2, item 32


Immediately before the commencement of item 16 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 .
However, if item 16 of Schedule 1 to the Postal Industry Ombudsman Act 2006 commences at or before the start of the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent, the provision(s) do not commence at all.



8. Schedule 3


The day after this Act receives the Royal Assent.
