(a) may be one under which the indemnity is provided at the person's
discretion; and
(b) may be, but need not be, an arrangement between the person and the
health care professional; and
(c) may be:
(i) one under which the health care professional is indemnified directly;
or
(ii) one under which the health care professional is indemnified indirectly
through an entity or entities interposed between the person and the
health care professional.
