MERIT PROTECTION (AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES) ACT 1984 No. 65, 1984 - SECT 40

Persons who may apply to Agency
40. Where an enactment provides that an application may be made to the Agency
for a review of a decision, the application may be made by-

   (a)  the Commonwealth employee in relation to whose employment the decision
        was made;

   (b)  an organization that is registered under the Conciliation and
        Arbitration Act 1904 and has been requested by the employee to make
        the application on behalf of the employee; or

   (c)  in a case where the employee has died-the legal personal
        representative of the employee.
