MARITIME TRANSPORT SECURITY ACT 2003 No. 131, 2003 - SECT 100
Enforcing control directions
- (1)
- The ship operator for a regulated foreign ship must not engage in conduct
that contravenes a control direction that relates to the ship.
- (2)
- If a ship operator contravenes subsection (1), the ship operator may
be subject to an injunction under section 197.
- (3)
- The master of a regulated foreign ship must not engage in conduct that
contravenes a control direction that relates to the ship.
- (4)
- If the master of a ship contravenes subsection (3), the master may be
subject to an injunction under section 197.
