MARITIME TRANSPORT SECURITY ACT 2003 No. 131, 2003 - SECT 100

Enforcing control directions
(1)
The ship operator for a regulated foreign ship must not engage in conduct that contravenes a control direction that relates to the ship.

(2)
If a ship operator contravenes subsection (1), the ship operator may be subject to an injunction under section 197.

(3)
The master of a regulated foreign ship must not engage in conduct that contravenes a control direction that relates to the ship.

(4)
If the master of a ship contravenes subsection (3), the master may be subject to an injunction under section 197.
