MARITIME TRANSPORT SECURITY ACT 2003 No. 131, 2003 - SECT 64

Complying with ship security plans of other ships
(1)
The operations of a regulated Australian ship must not hinder or obstruct compliance with the ship security plan of another ship.

(2)
If the operations of a regulated Australian ship (the first regulated ship ) hinder or obstruct compliance with the ship security plan of another ship, either or both of the following may be subject to an enforcement order (see section 189) or an injunction under section 197:

(a) the ship operator for the first regulated ship;
(b) the master of the first regulated ship.
