NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 102

102. Section 405A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-sections (1) and (2) "or Territory" after "or a
        State" (wherever occurring); and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "or the State" and substituting ",
        the State or the Territory".
