NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 104
Power to suspend application of Act
104. Section 423 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "fishing boats,
pleasure yachts, missionary ships or other vessels not carrying passengers or
goods for hire" and substituting "ships that are not used for carrying
passengers or cargo for hire or reward".
