NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 26
Erasures and alterations in agreements and contracts of sea service
26. Section 55 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(3) In this section, 'agreement' includes a contract of sea service.".
