NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 27
Offences in relation to agreements and contracts of sea service
27. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(2) In this section, 'agreement' includes a contract of sea service.".
