NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 28
Evidence as to agreements and contracts of sea service
28. Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(2) In this section, 'agreement', in relation to a seaman, includes a
contract of sea service entered into by the seaman.".
