NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 33

33. Section 66 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:



"(2) When a contract of sea service with a seaman is terminated or otherwise
ceases to be in force, the employer shall return, or cause to be returned, to
the seaman any of the certificates of the seaman in the possession, custody or
control of the employer.".
