NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 38

38. Section 72 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) "or contract of sea service, as the
        case
may be," after " agreement";

   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (2) "or employer, as the case may be,"
        after

"master"; and

   (c)  by inserting in sub-section (2) "or contract of sea service, as the
        case
may be," after " agreement" (last occurring).
