NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 4

4. Section 2A of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Act to bind the Crown

"2A. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States and of the Northern Territory.".
