NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 45
References of differences to superintendent
45. Section 81 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (1)
", and the employer of a seaman who is serving or has served under a
contract of sea service may agree with the seaman," after "apprentice".
