NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 48

48. Section 83 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) ", contract or covenant" after

"agreement";

(b) by inserting in paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) "to which he belongs"
after "the ship";

(c) by inserting in paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) "to which he belongs"
after "the ship"; and

   (d)  by inserting in sub-section (3) "or contract of sea service" after

"agreement".
